Working Hours and Days.

MeatLo! Website is available for its customers 24/7 irrespective of Outlet working hours/days and including national holidays.

MeatLo! Outlet is open for order and delivery between 9 A.M to 6 P.M from Thursday to Monday. Our Outlet is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday only for deliveries. You can call us even on Tuesday and Wednesday to place orders.

Guidelines for Ordering.

You can place orders 24 hours a day through MeatLo! Website or you can place orders via call/message on any of the given MeatLo! numbers.

Orders placed on a working day within the working hours will be delivered on the same day.

Orders placed after working hours or on a non-working day which includes national holidays will be delivered on the immediate next working day, within the working hours.

MeatLo! Website makes every effort to maintain, if not improve upon, the quality of our products. We are sure you will be delighted with your selections. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You will no longer be subjected to Return and Exchange Policy if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed or if contacted after the end of 24 hours.

Orders

All prices are subject to change without notice. Website prices do not reflect the cost of delivery. Delivery charges will automatically be added to any applicable purchase.

The customer receives a confirmation call from MeatLo! when an order is placed after which the order cannot be cancelled. Customers will pay for the product when the order is delivered to one of our Delivery Representatives.

Packaging

Chicken products are washed, pat dried and then packed in zip-lock bags making it a hassle free experience in your cooking. You do not need to wash it because we have already done it for you. As for the Mutton and Beef products, they are cleansed to remove any liquids and then packed in zip-lock bags.

All products reach to you in high quality, freshness and with packed nutrients.

Quality

Please note that to ensure quality, we cut your meats to order. We will always try to cut the specific amount requested, but it is possible that we might cut slightly more or less. Please understand that this is one of the challenges of offering a handcrafted product and that we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

In case of any seasonal unavailability and supply limitations, we may need to substitute items to ensure freshness and timely delivery. Should the situation occur, we will make every effort to contact you before confirming your order.
