Mutton Front Chops Single consists of one rib per chop, and has about 1 to 2 inch piece of meat at the end of the rib. The meat is relatively thinner than in Mutton Front Chops Double. Muton Front Chops Single are suited for making a quick Seared Chop Steak or BBQ Chop Steak. A side of potatoes and a garlic sauce adds the wholesome to these Mutton Front Chops.
